Our hassle-free return and exchange policy for a worry-free shopping experience.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Avenora sleepwear. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at support@avenora.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Step 1: Email us with your order number
  • Step 2: Receive your prepaid return label within 24 hours
  • Step 3: Pack your items and drop off at your nearest shipping location
  • Step 4: Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors. Simply note your preferred replacement when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
